Ethan serves as a Director for MacLeod & Company and specializes in the leasing, sales, and development of Industrial Outdoor Storage sites and Industrial Buildings throughout the Inland Empire submarkets. Ethan’s exposure to real estate began during his high school summers when he chauffeured and assisted luxury realtors in his hometown. Ethan continued to explore real estate in college with internships at multiple commercial real estate firms and jumped into brokerage after graduation. Since starting his brokerage career in 2018, Ethan has transacted roughly $110M in industrial transactions, most significantly a $33M sale of a 29-acre covered land play in Perris, CA.

Ethan grew up in Malibu, CA, and attended Pitzer College, where he studied Organizational Studies and Economics and played for the varsity soccer team. Ethan enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, cooking, and living an active and healthy lifestyle.
